After vaccination or taking antibiotics our body aquire strength or immunity to fight against diseases that attacks our body so they have to act in such a protective way that it without harming us fight only against those germ(bacteria) . This process of acting is called anti body action and sometimes we might feel fever or cold after getting this dose since it had to adjust with our body.
