【Vegetative Reproduction】
=>It is a form of asexual reproduction in plants in which new plants are grown from the fragment of parent plant or from some specific reproductive structure.
【Artificial Method of Vegetative Reproduction】
1)Cutting :-
=>In this method,the suitable branch of plant contain lead buds is cut from parent plants and is buried in the moist into soil and it grown into new plants.
For example :-Rose and Sugar cane.
2)Grafting :-
=>In this method ,the stem of two different plants are joined together so as to produced a new plants which contain the Character of both parents.
For example:- Banana,Apple and Pineapple.
3)Layering :-
=>In this method of Vegetative Reproduction,a branch of the plant which is near to the ground is pull towards the ground and then it is covered with moist soil and after sometime roots developed from that part of the branch.
For example:- Strawberries,Lemon etc
