Hi @friend!!

Asteroids:-
---------------
The Asteroids more properly known as Minor planets, are small bodies circling the sun between the paths of Mars and Jupiter - though a few, such as Eros , depart from the main swarm and may approach the Earth fairly closely. The largest are Ceres 670 km in diameter; Pallas 450 km ; Vesta 385 km ,the brightest and the only one visible to the naked eye; and Juno 240 km .They are though to have condensed from the primordial cloud of gas and dust from which the solar system was formed. Many of the smaller Asteroids are irregular in shape,e.g. Eros is elongated 19× 6 km and rotates in 5 hours 17 minute.
