Hi friends,

The answer to your question is following;

Atoms: All matter is made up of tiny particles known as atom. Several small atoms combine to form biggest of matter.

Molecule: When two or more atoms of similar type combine together to form something that has different properties is known as an element. For example three atoms of oxygen combine together to form ozone O₃.

Inter-molecule: The force that keeps the molecules together is very strong. This kind of force is known as inter-molecular force of attraction.

Thanks for asking.
