Autotrophic is a mode of nutrition. Autotrophs are those organisms which can make their own food and does not depend on others for their nutrition.Plants are autotrophic as they can make their food by photosynthesis. Opposite mode of nutrition of autotrophic is heterotrophic.

'Auto' meaning by itself and 'trophic' meaning animals.
Amyotrophic animals are those which make their own food using the help of surroundings or borrowing necessary things from surroundings or in other words, they do not depend on something for nutrition.
The opposite of these animals are hetrotrophic which depend on something for nutrition.

Hope it helps you.
