axial vector is a quantity that transforms like a vector under a proper rotation, bt in three dimensions gain an additional sign flip under an improper rotation such as a reflection.

Axial vectors - These vectors act along the axis of rotation and gives a rotational effect. It follows the right hand screw rule for angular velocity, angular momentum, etc.
