Bacteria helps increase nitrogen in soil, makes soil more fertile, found in cheese, they help in our digestive system and aid our immune system. Also some bacteria aren't harmful and rather beneficial so bacteria shouldn't have such a bad reputation.
Fungi helps in fermentation, found in yogurt and bread. If not for fungi there would be no yogurt!
Algae helps generate oxygen and is helpful to marine life this way.
