bryophytes r amphibians of plant kingdom it doesn't have vascular tissues but pteridophytes are first terrestrial plants having vascular tissue

Bryophytes :-
- They are non vascular land plants.
- The dominant phase or main plant body is a gametophytes.
- The plant body is not differentiated into true roots, stem and leaves.
- The sporophytes is dependent upon the gametophytes for support, shelter and nutrition.
- The spores are produced in the capsule part of the sporophytes.
- Example:- Moss
Pteridophytes :-
- They are vascular land plants.
- The dominant phase or main plant body is a sporophytes.
- The plant body is differentiated into roots, stem and leaves.
- The sporophytes and gametophytes are independent and autotrophic plants.
- The spores are produced in sporangia borne on the leaves called sporophylls.
- Example:- Fern
