the evolution of the C4 photosynthetic system of plant is probably one of the strategy for maximizing Co2 availability while minimising water loss

or C4 plant loss only half as much of water as C3 plants for the same amount of CO2 fixed

C4 plant are twice more effective acid three plants in terms of fixing carbon dioxide

yrr ye bss plant k types hai on the the basic of their efficiency to help nature. Evolution always finds a way to fix the problem

C4 plants have been evolved to resolve the problem of CO2 and water

☺✌

hope it will help

C₃ plants are those plants which follows C₃ pathways and C₄ plants are those plants which follows C₄ pathways .

  • C₃ plant use Calvin cycle for dark reaction of photosynthesis while, C₄ plants use hatch-stack cycle for dark reaction of photosynthesis.
  • Chloroplast of C₃ plants are monomorphic while the chloroplast of C₄ plants are dimorphic.
