Hello mate....
Here is your answer....

A force where two forces acting in opposite directions on a body with equal sizes are known as balanced force.

Example..
The force exerted by each person is equal.but they are pushing in opposite directions in this case together,b because the force that each of you exerting is equal, the two forces cancel each other out and the resulting force is zero.

Hey mate.....

Here is your answer....

FORCE=The push or pull acting on a body is referred to  as force.

                                                OR

             Force can be also defined as the product of mass and  acceleration.

                                           F=Ma

Now  force are of two types....

1.Balanced force.

2.Unbalanced force.

Balanced force-- When the net resultant of all the force is zero then it is referred as balanced force.

For example: If 2 person   applies a  same amount force on a box then the force acted on it balances and there is no force acting on the box and does not moves.

Unbalanced force--When the  net resultant of all the force acting on a body is not zero it is known as unbalanced force.

For example: When 2 person does not applies same force on a box ,it moves in the direction  to the greater force applied.

Hope it helps....

harsh8017: thanks a lot
