producers are which give food to the animals in the next tropic level . they are called primary producers because they start the food chain in an ecosystem. and runs the whole system. they might be grass, leaves, plants etc...

Explanation: This is become Grass/Plants which are eaten by Omnivores/Herbivores and these become primary consumers as they get food from plants. And organisms which eat these organisms are secondary consumers because the organisms they eat consume plants etc in the first. And the organisms which eat secondary consumers are called tertiary consumers or Apex predator.
