What are carbohydrates? How are they classified? Give uses of lactose.

Carbohydrates are the biomolecule consists of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen molecules they are mainly of two types sugar and starch and comes under fructose, glucose, lactose, starch which found in starchy vegetables etc

Lactose is the sugar which consists of galactose and glucose
