What are cardiac muscles?
Answers
Explanation:
Cardiac muscleis one of three types of vertebrate muscle, with the other two being skeletal muscle and smooth muscle. It is involuntary, striated muscle that constitutes the main tissue of the wall of the heart.
Cardiac muscles are those muscles which are related to our heart. Cardiac muscles are those those muscles which are present in our heart and show rhythmic contraction and relaxation throughout life. These involuntary muscles are known as cardiac muscles. Cardiac muscles are also known as heart muscles. Heart muscles cells are in cylindrical shape. These are branched and uninucleate.
There are three types of muscles fibre. The muscles fibre are mentioned:
- Straited muscles
- Smooth muscles
- Cardiac muscles
Some type of tissues that are mentioned in animals are given below:
- Epithelial tissue
The covering or protecting tissue in an animal body is known to be epithelial tissue. Basically epithelial tissue have four types. These are Squamous, Cuboidal, Columnar and Stratified squamous.
- Connective tissue
The best examples for connective tissues are blood and bones. The cell of this tissue are loosely spaced and embedded in an intercellular matrix.
- Muscular tissue
Muscular tissue is responsible for the movement in our body.
- Nervous tissue
Our brain, the spinal cord and nerves are made up of nervous tissue.
