☺️☺️hello mate!!☺️☺️

A tendon is a band of tissue that connects muscle to bone. A ligament is an elastic band of tissue that connects bone to bone and provides stability to the joint. Cartilage is a soft, gel-like padding between bones that protects joints and facilitates movement.

Explanation:

At any moveable joint also known as an articulation, there are connection made between the bones of the joint.

Ligaments are strong connective fibers that connect bones to bones.

In order to move the joint, the skeletal muscle must have a tendon that crosses over the joint connecting the muscle to the bone that will be moving at the articulation.

At very joint, hyaline cartilage coats the ends of the bones to provide a cushion between the bones as they move against each other.

Ligaments hold bone to bone.

Tendons hold muscle to bone.

Cartilage cushions bone to bone.
