The key cause of unemployment problems in Zimbabwe is due to poor governorship and leadership full of selfish interests rather than embracing the spirit of togetherness.

Zimbabwe has been under the leadership of one president since independence and this have really cost them a lot. There are few industries which can streamline and give birth to job opportunities.
