Hi!!!!

The cause of french revolution is SOCIAL CAUSE...... Bcoz, the king LOUIS 16 was divided the people into three estates.... 1)Clergy
2)Nobility
3)Small farmers and poor people in the society.

So, the third estates are poor and the 3rd estate people only need to pay tax and other two estates are need not to pay the tax....So, the third estate people felt it is not a legal one.....

Thus, the french revolution started...

Hope it hlpzzzz......

Hey dear,

Political:-Louis 16, the king of France, was a dictator, despotic king, thinking himself to be having Divine rights. The will of the king was law. He was an irrational ruler. Due to irrational policy of Louis ,the colonies of India and America had slipped from his hands and France had been defeated in the seven year war.

Social:-There was a privileged class in France and other class was without rights. The class without rights,in which were included the middle class and general class, was exploited by king, lords and church priests. The farmer were in a miserable state because of thief oppression by feudal.

Intellectual:-At this time, the French philosophers and writers aroused the French ancient decency and traditions and they made the French society aware of it.
