Since resources are scarce in every economy, no society can satisfy all the wants of it's people. Thus, a problem of choice arises. Goods are produced for those people who have the paying capacity. The capacity of people to pay for goods depends upon their level of income.

The central problems of an economy is the production of goods and services, its distribution and indisposition/sales. these problems arise mainly due to unavailability/scarcity of resources which affects all the above systems
