Chemical twins are those in which the properties of some elements are same. Atomic size of Zr and Hf , Nb and Ta are similar. This is due to Lanthanide contraction.

The chemical twins are the one which has the same properties in case of few elements such as Hf and Zr, Ta and Nb, etc.
This is mainly due to the contraction on the Lanthanide. It is the chemical twins that follow up the similar properties and falls under the category of identical.
