People seek things that are most important for them and that can fulfill their desire . Sometimes people seek which are conflict or harmful for others
Example - a factor owner desire High production and High income by making his worker work for longer hourand no holidays without paying them extra money.
On the other hand the workers desire less working hours , more paid holidays and a raising salary with extra benefit .
