1. Communicable diseases are those diseases (caused by pathogens like bacteria, virus, protozoa,etc.) which can spread from one person to another .
This spreading of disease can be through air , water droplets, touching ,etc.
Examples : Diptheria, Tuberculosis, AIDS, etc.
2. Non communicable diseases are those diseases which does not spread from one person to another.
They remain only in the person infected.
Examples : Cancer, Alzeimer's disease, lung diseases, heart diseases, any kind of congenital diseases.
