Non communicable diseases are the diseases which are not able to be transmitted by any contact....E.G- Cancer, Schizophrenia,etc.

Communicable diseases are those disease which are generally caused by microbes and spread from one to another. Example - Flu,Chicken pox, etc.

Non-Communicable disease are those which cannot be spread and are caused by lack of nutrients. Example - Diabetes
