disthe diseases which can be spread through any contact— such as tactual contact( touch) , or aerial contact, through water or food, or sexual contact are communicable diseases. eg. common cold, AIDS(HIV)
nom infectious diseases are those which don't spread , and are caused due to genetic disorders, or due to individual causes. eg. diabetes, kidney sone, etc.
