Complex tissues are heterogenous in nture ,being composed of different the of cell elements.The letter remain contiguous and form a structural part of the part if the plant,adapt to curry in a specialised functions.to carry salts.
Xylem and phloem are the complex tissues which constitute the complement part of the vascular bundle.

Types:

1. Xylem- It transfers water from one part of the plant to another. It is made up of xylem parenchyma and sclerenchyma, xylem trachoids and xylem vessel.

2. Phloem- It transports and stores food. It is made up of phloem parenchyma and sclerenchyma, companion cell and sieve tube.
