Composite radicals
Composite radicals are groups of atoms of different elements, which may carry either positive charge or negative charge ,which behave exactly like a single atom .
They are very reactive especially because they are charged particles .
Also the composite radicals have a lot of free electrons which is why they are very reactive.
Examples :
⇒ Methyl benzene .
⇒ Cyclo hexane .
⇒ Methyl acetate .
⇒ Acetyl benzene .
Hope it helps -_^
