Conductors and Insulators of Electricity

Some materials allow electric charge to flow through them while some others do not. Materials that do not allow electricity or an electric charge to pass through them are called insulators. Wood, plastic, air, etc. are some fine examples. Those substances which allow charges to pass through them are called conductors. All metals are good conductors.
