For example:-
Rice, Wheat, Cotton, Jute, etc.
The crops are divided into four main categories:-
i) Food Crops - Wheat, Maize, Rice, Millets and Pulses etc.
ii) Cash Crops - Sugarcane, Tobacco, Cotton, Jute and Oilseeds etc.
iii) Plantation Crops - Coffee, Coconut, Tea, and Rubber etc.
iv) Horticulture crops - Fruits and Vegetables.
The crops in India are divided into three types:-
i) Rabi Crops - Wheat, Oat, Gram, Pea, Barley, Potato, Tomato, Onion, Oil seeds, etc.
ii) Kharif Crops - Rice, Jowar, Bajra, Maize, Cotton, Groundnut, Jute, Sugarcane, Turmeric, Pulses, etc.
