Deficiency diseases are caused due to lack of a vitamin or mineral in our body example rickets ( vitamin D deficiency symptoms sore and brittle bone ) vitamin A deficiency causes night blindness , symptoms dark and vague figures seen at the time of dark

The Three Exampes I am Going to Provide you are  - Anaemia, Beri-Beri and Rickets .


3- Their Causes -----

Answer-:

Anaemia - Anaemia is Caused by Lack of Vitamin B12 .

Beri-Beri- It is Caused by Lack of Vitamin B1 .

Rickets- Rickets is Caused by Lack of Vitamin D .


4- Their Symptoms --

Answer-:

Anaemia-  Anaemia is a Disease that is by Deficiency . It's Symptom is that Anaemia is By Deficiency of The Red Blood Cells . It's Sources are Eggs ,Meat and Etc.

Beri-Beri - It is and has the Deficiency which has caused an affect on the Nervous System's . It's Sources are Seafood and Cereals and Leafy Vegetables and Meat and Milk .

Rickets- Rickets is a Disease that has the Symptom which causes Bow Legs and Is on Children. osteoporosis is for the Adults by The same . It's Sources are Sunlight which has the Source of Vitamin D by that way and Dairy Products such as milk, Etc.
