In order to understand what democratic rights are, we need to define what democracy is first. Democracy is government run by every person usually via elections where everyone has a voice or vote as to what happens. There are various versions of democracy including representative democracy where everyone has a vote as to who represents them in the government. This is more common than pure democracy.
In any version of democracy the only guarantee is that everyone get a vote. This means if the majority votes for the minority to be shoveled into ovens, it is then legal.
Welcome to democracy, ochlocracy, or mob rule. Typically it’s a violent and ruthless society that comes from democracy. The majority eventually learn they can abuse the minority with no where for the minority to turn especially if the minority is marginalized by propaganda.
This marginalization is taking place today here in the US to the wealthy. The majority have realized they can vote away wealth they have not earned via taxation which is legitamized theft.
All other “rights” you may have been referring to have nothing to do with democracy. Search the non-aggression principle, natural rights, negative rights, or Lockean rights on Google before continuing.
