Changes that are useful for us are desirable changes. Like curdling of ghee is a benifit for us even though it is a chemical change.

Changes thai are not useful are known as undesirable changes. Like rusting of iron and spoiling of bread are unacceptacle chemical changes.

desirable changes are changes which help a particular generation to adapt to the changes in the surroundings

eg - beetles changing to green colour, which helped them to hide themselves and thus protected them from predators

undesirable changes do not benefit the generation to grow and adapt to the corresponding changes in the environment

eg - if there occurs a change in human bodies that the upcoming generations are not able to adapt to the changing environment, then these are undesirable changes

toeesteve: write about chemical changes
kanha78: see it really depends how one perceives the question. b'cause it's not really mentioned about what kind of changes have to be discussed.
