★Lamjung was established in 12 September, 2002 for advocacy initiatives in participation with civil society network like Nepal Journalist Forum, Federation of Community Forest Users’ Committee, Lamjung Chamber of commerce and other loose forums.

☆It focused on advocacy for social justice, human rights and good governance. It was registered under organizational registration act 2034 at District Administrative Office Lamjung in 29 September, 2005 and affiliated at Social Welfare Council Nepal too.

☆At aiming to wellbeing of children, happiness of woman and promoting governance culture, RCDC has been managing physical and community development initiatives in Lamjung, Gorkha, Tanahun and Manang districts.
