Amphibians are the animals which live in water and land too.these are oviparous animals.the young ones live in the water and the adults live on the land.these are poikilothermic. These hibernate during winter and aestivate during summer.these heart is 3 chambered.these have a smooth slimy skin. Reptiles:: these have dry skin and scales.these are cold blooded animals.these animals have a three chambered heart but crocodiles have four chambered heart.. Hope this helps u.
