what are difference between Southwest monsoon and Northeast monsoon

well,I think that southwest monsoon is the rain bearing wind which flows from Arabian sea(in India) to the west.Whereas northwest monsoon winds means it is rain bearing winds which flows from the bay of bengal to the west
