diffrence between zoospores and zygote.
zoospores is a motial asexual spore that that utilize the flagela for movement.
zygote is not motial diploid cell formes as result of fertilization.it is formed as reult sexual reproduction. i hope it help.

 It is usually flagellated and motile.

Zygote

 Zygote is the result of sexual reproduction.

 It is formed by the fusion of two gametes.

 It is always diploid.

 It is usually non-motile and non- flagellated.
