What are different chemical process used for obtaining a metal from its oxide for metals in middle of reactivity series and metals towards top of reactivity series?

1. reduction with carbon
e.g.. ZnO+C gives Zn+Co

2. reduction with carbon monoxide
e.g.. Fe2O3+3CO gives 2Fe+3CO2

3.reduction with aluminium
e.g. Fe2O3+2Al gives 2Fe+Al2O3
