The Fundamental Rights have been classified under the six categories-Right to Freedom, Right to Equality, Right against Exploitation, Right to Freedom of Religion, Cultural and Educational rights and Right to constitutional remedies

1. Right to freedom : The citizens are given the right to freedom of speech , freedom of expression , freedom to assemble peacefully to consider some problems , freedom to adopt any profession and right to personal liberty.

2.Right to equality : The indian citizens enjoy the right to equality. No citizen can be discriminated against the other in the name of religion,caste, colour,creed and sex. All the citizens are equal before law.

3.Right against exploitation : The constitution of India recognises the dignity of the individual and protects him against any harm of exploitation.

4.Right to freedom of religion : The citizens enjoy the right to freedom of religion. Each individual is free to believe in any religion and worship any god.

5.Right to freedom of cultural and education : The constitution provides the right to freedom of cultural and education. Every race and community enjoy the right to have their language, script, culture and literature. People are free to develop and expand them.

6.Right to constitutional remedies : The right to move the supreme court for the enforcement of fundamental rights.
