It can be spread by the following means
- common cold like diseases can be spread by touching or shaking hand.
- some can be spread by sharing clothes of the infected person.
-some r spread by sharing food n water with the infected person
- and the diseases like HIV AIDS spread through sexual contact with the infected person.

direct transmission-through sneeze,hand shake,sexual contact ,etc...
