Sort the Data by the Parameters You choose.

LOOK at the statistical population you chose. Let’s say the 5%.

Characterize it, in terms of source, creation, and History.

Gather the characterizations of the parts, eliminate conflicts, and redundancies, and generalize the results for the whole.

That’s it. They don’t really teach it anymore, because Colleges have decayed to an obsolete burden on society.
