- chromoplast provide colour to flower ,fruit,etc

-leucoplast stores food(basically carbohydrates) in them

On the basis of absence or presence of pigments plastids are classify as

Leucoplast- amyloplast(store carbohydrates (starch) -elaioplast( store oil) aleuroplast store proteins.

Chromoplast contains fat soluble pigments carotenoids like carotene ,xanthophyllas.

Chromoplast occurs mainly in pericarp and petals

Chromoplast also contains water soluble pigments which is found in cell sap Anthocyanins.
