Different types of microorganisms are Coccus - example - streptococcus pneumonia, neisseria gonorrhoeae. Bacilli - example- Lactobacillius ,bacillus. Spirilla - example- treponema . Vibrios- example- vibrio cholera etc. I hope this answere is helpful

Types of microorganisms:

1.Fungi:Organisms with share a common feature with plants,that is,their cells have a cell wall.Fungi can be unicellular (single celled) such as yeast or multicellular (many celled) such as moulds.Eg:Yeast,Agaricus etc.

2.Bacteria:The smallest ,the oldest and the simplest known unicellular organisms on our planet.Some bacteria are harmful while some are useful. Eg: cyanobacteria etc.

3.Algae:Plant like organisms that have a cell wall as well as the green pigment chlorophyll.They can exist as unicellular or multicellular organisms .Eg: Spirogyra,seaweeds etc.

4.Protozoa: Unicellular microorganisms that have animal like characteristics. Such protozoa that live in the bodies of other organisms are called parasites.

Eg: Amoeba,plasmodium etc.

5.Viruses:Viruses are one of the smallest microorganisms. they are so small that they cannot be seen by naked eyes. Electrons Microscopes is used to see them.Eg:Adeno virus, Bacteriophage etc.
