there is at such neither a theory nor a medicine to escape it out:]

try to take a good nap for about 8 hours

wake up early in the morning

drink water as much as possible

in the morning try to roam in your balcony and stare at greenery as it catches a positive vibe ...it is actually a good way to escape out of your anxiety levels

try talking to more people in order to relax yourself and seek advice from your elders and always think that there is nothing at such which you can not do so always motivate yourself that

go to therapy
and everything will be fine
there is no point asking strangers for help
