Answer:-

Cell - Organ - Tissue - Body is the sequence of cellular organisation. when cell starts its journey just after cell division, initially it is Undifferentiated means so far this cell does not go to next level of cellular organisation means tissue. undifferentiated cell is that cell can convert any kind of tissue but once it convert in an tissue it becomes part of that tissue and all the progeny cells produced by this cell will be similar size and shape.

undifferentiated cell can convert in any kind of tissue but for converting differentiated cell from one organ into differentiated cell of another organ then this differentiated cell will go to dedifferentiation phase and after this, it will become totipotent. now this totipotent cell will pass through dedifferentiation phase and convert into other tissue.

this is the main difference, further queries are always welcomed. i hope you will get your answer.

Thanks

Undifferentiated r those cells which r not spevified for a particular action asin zygote the cells are undifferentiated ,
Differentiated cells are those which are specified for aparticular action , as after gastrultion different layers and then organs are madewhich perform specific function
