Diphthongs refer to the sounds which are formed when there are two vowels in a single word and the pronunciation of one vowel moves to the other.For EG. ---> Word LOUD has two vowels - O & U. If you'll pronounce it then the sound will change from aa to oo. Think on the basis of sound like in Hindi.
