EXPLANATION:

Almost 60% of the Indus River falls in Pakistan with a well drainage system. The entire basin covers an area of about 3,84,000 miles and 2,04,000 miles is flown in Pakistan.

Due to large scale of irrigation done through the river water, water gets consumed and less amount of water flows through the delta. However, the 'delta' covers an 'area' of about 42,440 square kilometers.
