An electromagnet is a type of magnet in which the magnetic field is produced by an electric current. The magnetic field disappears when the current is turned off. Electromagnets usually consist of insulated wire wound into a coil. The wire turns are often wound around a magnetic core made from a ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic material such as iron; the magnetic core concentrates the magnetic flux and makes a more powerful magnet.

eg motors, computer accessories, particle accelerators, cyclotrons, maglev trains, cranes, electric valves, comm. devices, power circuits, dynamo, tape recorders, fridge doors, disk readers, memory units, hydraulics, experiments, fans, gyroscopes, hard disk drives, speakers, cooling units etc.

Electromagnet is one of precious discover modern technology in 21st Century without electromagnetic nothing is possible explanation... aeroplane, helicopter, motar car, fan, and our daily life Electro magnet is a type of artificial magnet thought current is passed through circular wire (more the coil turn more the strong magnetic field is known solenoid) is connected through DC Battery (only ) that pass through electric current ( more the current more the effect of magnetic ) it depends material, turns of coil, current, and length of diameter of loop, example Fan,Car,Motar DC, Exhausted, genetor, Table fan, Coller, fridge,Mixer, etc they convert AC into DC then form the magnetic substanc
