ANSWER :-

Elements : Elements are the simplest form of matter which cannot be broken down further by electrochemical reactions. Elements consist of only one type of atoms.

Compounds : Compounds are formed when two or more elements combine together chemically. Compounds show completely different properties than their constituent elements. Compound can only be broken down into its constituent elements by chemical reactions. During the formation of a compound, elements go under a chemical change.

Mixtures : Mixtures are formed when two or more elements or compounds combine physically.

Mixtures show the properties of their constituent substances. Mixtures can be easily separated into its constituent substances by physical methods. The substances do not go under a chemical change during the formation of a mixture.

Mixtures are of two types, based on the uniformity of the solution : Homogenous and Heterogenous Mixtures.
