The species which are confined to particular region or place are known as Endemic Species.

For Ex:-

• Kangaroos are confined to Australia only, thus we say that Kangaroos are Endemic Species to Australia.

• Penguins are confined to Antarctica only, therefore we say that Penguins are Endemic Species to Antarctica.
