Hi there !

Endocrine glands are the glands that are present in the Endocrine system. They control slow body processes such as growth through the chemicals secreted by the gland of endocrine system called hormone.
Endocrine glans do not have ducts and therefore release hormones directly in the blood stream to reach the target site, where they act.
The sweat and salivary glands are the glands of exocrine system. They have ducts and are not able to release their secretions in the blood such as salivary glands secrete saliva in our mouth. These glands possess ducts for discharging their secretions on the body surface.
