What are the ends in Cricket?
In cricket, end refers to the position held by the bowler. When any bowler starts bowling in cricket, he starts bowling from one side of the wicket. In this way, when the second bowler starts bowling after the completion of one over, he starts bowling from the other side of the wicket. In this way, bowling is done on the change of overs sequentially from both ends of the wicket. It is convenient for the distribution of overs to be bowled by the bowlers.
Apart from this, if bowling is done from the same end and batting is done from the same end, then the wicket on one side will deteriorate quickly. This will make a difference to the player's game. That's why bowling is done from both ends to maintain the same condition of the wickets on both sides.
