The organisms with the cells having nucleur material is called proeukaryotes and all organisms other than bacteria and blue green algae are called eukaryotes

prokaryotes do not have membrane bound enclosed nucleus and they are unicellular organisms

eukaryotes have enclosed nucles with definite cell organelles arranged in composed way
