Endocrine glands are the glands which secrete their hormones directly in to the bloodstream, because they do not have ducts or storage.

Exocrine glands are the glands which store their hormones in ducts and secrete hormones into the bloodstream pertaining to the need.

endocrine*E.g. adrenal gland, pituitary gland,etc

exocrine*E.g. pancreas, liver etc.
